New information has surfaced about the PR campaign that has set video game news sites abuzz with word of a lawsuit filed on behalf of novelist John L. Beiswenger alleging that game publisher Ubisoft violated his IP rights by appropriating plot and story elements from his novel "LINK."

The new information sheds light upon the aggressive PR campaign that is being undertaken -- and underwritten -- by Beiswenger's attorney Kelley Clements Keller, Esq., including the suggestion that the initial complaint and a Motion for Preliminary Injunction filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania on April 17th, 2012 will lead to court-ordered delays in the release of Assassin's Creed III.

The Keller Law Firm has employed PR and Marketing company Something Creative LLC to spearhead the PR campaign promoting their position on the case, which appears to be aimed at video game journalists and gamers of the world gaming community, apparently with the goal of putting pressure on Ubisoft, while settlement is explored.
